d\u2019olive<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">25 gr de beurre<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">1 p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e pr\u00eate \u00e0 l\u2019emploi<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">300 gr de cantal vieux<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">100 gr de lardons non fum\u00e9s coup\u00e9s finement<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Sel poivre.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more-->Laver et faire cuire 15 min les pommes de terre \u00e0 l\u2019eau bouillante sal\u00e9e sans les peler.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u00c9goutter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Plonger les tomates 30 s dans l\u2019eau bouillante, puis dans l\u2019eau froide, laisser refroidir et peler,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Couper les tomates en rondelles de 1 cm environ d\u2019\u00e9paisseur, saler et disposer sur un papier absorbant pour les faire rendre une partie de leur eau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 210\u00b0 (th 7)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Garnir un moule \u00e0 tarte de \u00d8 24 cm avec la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e en conservant le papier sulfuris\u00e9 s\u2019il y en a ou en ajoutant si besoin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Piquer la p\u00e2te de part en part avec une fourchette.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u00c9plucher les pommes de terre et les couper en tranches fines.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Oter la cro\u00fbte du cantal puis le d\u00e9tailler en lamelles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u00c9bouillanter les lardons puis \u00e9goutter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">R\u00e9partir les 3\/4 du fromage sur la p\u00e2te puis les pommes de terres,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Recouvrir avec les tomates et les lardons et le reste du cantal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Arroser d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, poivrer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Enfourner 30 min.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Laisser ti\u00e9dir 10 min avant de
