{"id":1347,"date":"2016-11-19T13:26:57","date_gmt":"2016-11-19T12:26:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/faugeron.net\/?p=1347"},"modified":"2020-11-22T11:10:47","modified_gmt":"2020-11-22T10:10:47","slug":"soupe-thai-tom-kha-gai","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/faugeron.net\/?p=1347","title":{"rendered":"Soupe Tha\u00ef &#8211; Tom kha gai"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>500 g de blanc de poulet coup\u00e9s en d\u00e9s ou \u00e9minc\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>500 g de champignon de Paris \u00e9minc\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>80 cl d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li>1 grosse bo\u00eete de lait de coco (400 ml)<\/li>\n<li>70 g de galanga (ou de gingembre frais)<\/li>\n<li>40 g \u00a0de sucre de palme (ou 1 galet)<\/li>\n<li>4 b\u00e2tons de citronnelle<\/li>\n<li>18 feuilles de lime<\/li>\n<li>6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de Nuoc-mam<\/li>\n<li>2 citrons verts<\/li>\n<li>Piments rouge en option<\/li>\n<li>Coriandre<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more-->Faire l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dorer le poulet dans une po\u00eale et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>Couper le gingembre\/ galanga en lamelles ainsi que les b\u00e2tons de citronnelle. Les mettre dans une casserole d&rsquo;eau, ajouter les feuilles de lime et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser infuser 10 minutes \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter le sucre de palme, le sel, le nuoc-mam et le piment. M\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 dissolution du sucre.<\/p>\n<p>Verser le lait de coco, porter \u00e0 petit bouillon et rajouter le poulet et les champignons (moi je fais souvent sans champi \u00e0 cause d&rsquo;enfants r\u00e2leurs).
