color: black;\">Porte \u00bd litre de lait entier \u00e0 \u00e9bullition dans une casserole.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Puis ajouter les morceaux de chocolat, \u00e9teindre la plaque de cuisson, et bien m\u00e9langer \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un fouet jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le chocolat soit fondu.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">M\u00e9langer \u00e9nergiquement \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un fouet 4 jaunes d\u2019\u0153uf avec 125 g de sucre semoule jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Incorporer ensuite 50g de f\u00e9cule sans trop travailler.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">R\u00e9chauffer le m\u00e9lange lait chocolat sans le porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Lorsque le m\u00e9lange est bien chaud, le verser sur les jaunes d\u2019\u0153uf blanchis, bien m\u00e9langer \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un fouet.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Puis transvaser le tout dans la casserole, faire bouillir en fouettant sans cesse.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">A la premi\u00e8re \u00e9bullition, retirer la casserole de la plaque de cuisson, incorporer 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me double puis 20g de beurre coup\u00e9 en petits morceaux.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Verser cette cr\u00e8me au chocolat dans un saladier et la laisser refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Chauffer pr\u00e9alablement le gaufrier.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;
