Un conseil\u00a0: disposer un linge ou un papier au fond de la casserole avant de disposer le saladier afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les vibrations et les \u00e9claboussures.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter 200 g de beurre coup\u00e9 en morceaux, et laisser fondre l&rsquo;ensemble en m\u00e9langeant d\u00e9licatement avec une spatule en bois.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9s que le chocolat et le beurre sont fondus et le m\u00e9lange bien homog\u00e8ne, retirer le saladier de la casserole, et r\u00e9server \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C, en position ventil\u00e9e de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer \u00e9nergiquement au fouet 6 \u0153ufs avec 200 g de sucre semoule. Incorporer ensuite 120 g de farine tamis\u00e9e, puis le m\u00e9lange chocolat beurre fondu.<\/p>\n<p>Beurrer g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement 1 moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau.
