color: black;\">Porter \u00e0 fr\u00e9missement 325 g de miel de sapin avec 150 g de lait dans une casserole.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">A la premi\u00e8re \u00e9bullition, retirer la casserole de la plaque de cuisson.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">M\u00e9langer \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un fouet dans un saladier 250 g de farine compl\u00e8te avec 8 g de levure chimique.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Ajouter successivement, tout en m\u00e9langeant 50 g de poudre d\u2019amande, 9 g de bicarbonate, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de 4 \u00e9pices, le zeste d\u20191 orange hach\u00e9 finement, le zeste d\u20191 citron jaune hach\u00e9 finement et 1 bonne pinc\u00e9e de sel fin.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Le m\u00e9lange termin\u00e9, creuser un puits au milieu, puis y verser le m\u00e9lange chaud de miel et de lait, et m\u00e9langer \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une spatule en bois, puis incorporer 1 oeuf entier.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 170\u00b0C.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Beurrer un moule \u00e0 pain d\u2019\u00e9pices de 40 cm environ \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un pinceau.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;
