Incorporer ensuite successivement 25 cl de lait entier et 25 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Fendre 1 gousse de vanille en 2 dans la longueur. Gratter d\u00e9licatement l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la gousse avec la pointe d\u2019un couteau afin de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les petites graines. Ajouter ces petites graines de vanille dans l\u2019appareil, bien m\u00e9langer au fouet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Mettre 1 feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 avec quelques encoches (ou 1 papier absorbant) au fond d\u2019un po\u00ealon. Disposer ensuite dessus 4 ramequins et les garnir g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement de l\u2019appareil. Remplir le po\u00ealon d\u2019eau jusqu\u2019au 3\/4 de la hauteur des ramequins, et chauffer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">D\u00e8s que l\u2019eau commence \u00e0 fr\u00e9mir, retirer le po\u00ealon de la plaque de cuisson, le glisser dans le four et compter 1h00 de cuisson \u00e0 100\u00b0C.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Apr\u00e8s 1h00 de cuisson, retirer les ramequins du po\u00ealon. Laisser refroidir, puis entreposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.
