{"id":1577,"date":"2017-07-04T12:30:51","date_gmt":"2017-07-04T10:30:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/faugeron.net\/?p=1577"},"modified":"2019-12-21T11:22:42","modified_gmt":"2019-12-21T10:22:42","slug":"tajine-de-kefta-a-la-tomate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/faugeron.net\/?p=1577","title":{"rendered":"Tajine de kefta \u00e0 la tomate"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour 4\/6 personnes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Pour les boulettes<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>500 g de viande hach\u00e9e (b\u0153uf ou agneau)<\/li><li>1&nbsp; m\u00e9lange de persil et coriandre hach\u00e9s finement (1\/2 botte de chaque)<\/li><li>1 cs de cumin moulu<\/li><li>1 cc de gingembre moulu<\/li><li>1 \u0153uf<\/li><li>2 gousses d&rsquo;ail r\u00e2p\u00e9es<\/li><li>3 petites biscottes \u00e9cras\u00e9es (ou 60 g de chapelure)<\/li><li>sel, poivre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Pour la sauce tomate<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 grosses tomates bien m\u00fbres hach\u00e9es finement<\/li><li>1 cs d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li><li>1 cs de m\u00e9lange de persil et coriandre hach\u00e9s finement<\/li><li>2 gousses d&rsquo;ail r\u00e2p\u00e9es<\/li><li>1 cs de cumin moulu<\/li><li>1 cc de paprika<\/li><li>4 ou 5 tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es.<\/li><li>sel, poivre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>En bonus<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 \u0153ufs (ou plus)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><!--more-->M\u00e9langez tous les ingr\u00e9dients des boulettes. Formez les boulettes de la taille d&rsquo;une grosse noix et les faire dorer dans un fond d&rsquo;huile.<\/p>\n<p>Retirer la viande de la cocotte et sortez la cocotte du feu.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez les ingr\u00e9dients de la sauce (persil, coriandre, \u00e9pices, ail) et m\u00e9langez bien jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que \u00e7a forme une sorte de p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez les boulettes et de l&rsquo;eau jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient immerg\u00e9es environ au 3\/4.
