Faites fondre le beurre, ajoutez l&rsquo;eau et m\u00e9langez bien.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez la levure, m\u00e9langez et ajoutez le sel.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin incorporez le beurre ti\u00e8de,  la fleur d&rsquo;oranger,  la cr\u00e8me et les oeufs.<\/p>\n<p>Travaillez la p\u00e2te jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit bien homog\u00e8ne, couvrez d&rsquo;un torchon et laissez reposer 4h.<\/p>\n<p>Aplatissez la p\u00e2te avec la paume pour d\u00e9gazer. Reformez une boule et laissez reposer 2h.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9talez la p\u00e2te sur un plan de travail farin\u00e9  puis d\u00e9coupez en petits rectangles.
