Pareil pour la citronelle.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol m\u00e9langez le bouillon, le vin blanc, la cassonade, la sauce soja, le nuoc-mam, le 5 \u00e9pices, la citronnelle, l&rsquo;ail, le gingembre, le piment.
