Les rincer et les mettre en casserole avec l&rsquo;eau et le zeste de citron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laissez cuire 7 ou 8 minutes. Retirez la casserole du feu et laissez infuser quelques heures. Passer le liquide obtenu et versez-le dans une casserole propre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez le jus de citron et le sucre et portez le tout \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Laissez fr\u00e9mir en remuant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir un liquide de consistance sirupeuse. En refroidissant, le liquide s&rsquo;\u00e9paissira encore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez en pots chauds et propres et fermez tout de suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conservation: 8 mois environ. Ce \u00ab\u00a0miel\u00a0\u00bb s&rsquo;utilise en tartine.
