Ajouter successivement dans l&rsquo;eau fr\u00e9missante, les oignons \u00e9minc\u00e9s, les rondelles de carotte, 4 lamelles de gingembre, 6 dl de vinaigre d&rsquo;alcool blanc, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de graines de coriandre et 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de grains de poivre noir. L&rsquo;\u00e9bullition obtenue, retirer la casserole de la plaque de cuisson et laisser refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Puis filtrer cette marinade, ne pas conserver la garniture aromatique. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Bien laver 1 poign\u00e9e de petites sommit\u00e9s de chou-fleur. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">\u00c9plucher soigneusement 8 pointes d&rsquo;asperges vertes, les fendre en 2 dans la longueur. Essuyer 1 petite courgette, la couper en petits morceaux. Peler 2 carottes, les canneler pour une jolie pr\u00e9sentation, les fendre en 2 dans la longueur puis les tailler en petits morceaux d&rsquo;1 cm environ. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Porter la marinade \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Dresser ces l\u00e9gumes dans un plat creux, verser dessus la marinade bouillante, laisser refroidir, recouvrir d&rsquo;un film \u00e9tirable, puis entreposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur et laisser mariner minimum 24h00.
