Baisser le feu aux premi\u00e8re bulles. Continuer la cuisson en m\u00e9langeant avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois. (regarder sur le paquet pour la dur\u00e9e de cuisson).<\/p>\n<p>Hors du feu ajouter la moiti\u00e9 du gorgonzola, sans trop m\u00e9langer. Verser le m\u00e9lange sur un plat ou une planche en bois en une fois; Rajouter sur le dessus le reste du gorgonzola en lani\u00e8re.
