{"id":1952,"date":"2018-11-02T19:34:23","date_gmt":"2018-11-02T18:34:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/faugeron.net\/?p=1952"},"modified":"2018-11-02T19:34:23","modified_gmt":"2018-11-02T18:34:23","slug":"le-quart-quart-parfait","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/faugeron.net\/?p=1952","title":{"rendered":"Le quart quart parfait"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Comme souvent, c&rsquo;est parce que j&rsquo;en avait assez d&rsquo;acheter des 4\/4 dans le commerce, que je me suis d\u00e9cider \u00e0 refaire des quarte-quarts&#8230; et \u00e7a marche, exit les quart quarts industriels, m\u00eame si certains sont assez bons comme le <em>ker kad\u00e9lac<\/em> bio.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le principe est simple, on met le m\u00eame poids de<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 \u0153ufs (\u00e0 temp\u00e9rature)<\/li>\n<li>Farine<\/li>\n<li>Beurre fondu<\/li>\n<li>Sucre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffage du four \u00e0 180\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>On rajoute un bouchon fleur d&rsquo;orange \/ eau de rose si on veut.<\/p>\n<p>On m\u00e9lange au fouet pendant 5 \u00e0 10 minutes les \u0153ufs et le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit blanc et bien mousseux.<\/p>\n<p>On rajoute ensuite la farine (m\u00e9lange l\u00e9ger) et le beurre une fois qu&rsquo;il est un peu refroidi.<\/p>\n<p>On beurre le moule et on y verse la p\u00e2te. Pour \u00e9viter que le g\u00e2teau ne craque sur le dessus, on effectue une tranch\u00e9e dans la p\u00e2te avec le doc d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re en bois humide sur la longueur.
