style=\"font-family: Arial;\">1 cuiller\u00e9e d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">125 gr de gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">40 gr de beurre<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Sel, poivre.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Dans une sauteuse, faire revenir \u00e0 feu doux les oignons \u00e9minc\u00e9s en \u00e9vitant qu\u2019ils noircissent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u00c9bouillanter et \u00e9plucher les tomates, les \u00e9p\u00e9piner, les couper en petits morceaux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Quand les oignons sont transparents, mettre les tomates dans la sauteuse avec la gousse d\u2019ail \u00e9cras\u00e9e et le thym, couvrir<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Laisser mijoter \u00e0 feu doux 30 min.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Hacher la viande froide grille fine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Mettre dans la sauteuse, ajouter le coulis de tomates et m\u00e9langer avec les tomates, couvrir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Saler poivrer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Laisser mijoter le tout encore 30 min en remuant de temps en temps.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Faire une pur\u00e9e avec les pommes de terre et y incorporer la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche liquide.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Faire chauffer le four th 9 270\u00b0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Beurrer un plat allant au four, <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Mettre une couche de pur\u00e9e d\u2019environ 3 cm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u00c9taler sur cette couche de pur\u00e9e le m\u00e9lange viande tomates.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Recouvrir du reste de pur\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Saupoudrer de gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">R\u00e9partir des noisettes de beurre \u00e0 la surface.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Enfourner et laisser 20 min.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Sans sortir le plat, mettre le four en position grill et laisser gratiner 10 min.<\/span><\/p>\n<p
