Presser d\u00e9licatement du bout des doigts le poivre sur les tournedos afin de bien le faire adh\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n<p>Un conseil : Sortir les tournedos du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur 1 heure avant de les cuisiner, et les r\u00e9server \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n<p>Chauffer 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019arachide avec 5 g de beurre dans un sautoir, cuire ensuite les tournedos en les saisissant bien, les colorer sur chaque face, puis les r\u00e9server sur une grille.<\/p>\n<p>La cuisson des tournedos est \u00e0 ajuster suivant le go\u00fbt des convives.
