cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">1 cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cumin<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">1 kg poivre<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more-->\u00c9mincer les oignons et couper le lard en d\u00e9s,<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Faire revenir dans l\u2019huile,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">R\u00e9server, faire revenir le carr\u00e9 de porc sur toutes ses faces,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Remettre les oignons et lardons et mouiller avec la bi\u00e8re,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Assaisonner avec l\u2019ail \u00e9cras\u00e9, le cumin, le sel et le poivre,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Couvrir et laisser cuire 1 hure \u00e0 feu doux,<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Faire bouillir 3 litres d\u2019eau sal\u00e9e, puis y plonger 5 min les choux de Bruxelles,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Les \u00e9goutter puis les mettre dans une sauteuse sur feu moyen jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que toute l\u2019eau se soit \u00e9vapor\u00e9e,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u00d4ter du feu et ajouter le beurre coup\u00e9 en petits morceaux tout en remuant.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Servir la viande napp\u00e9e de son jus et entour\u00e9e de choux de Bruxelles.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<div
