style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Dans un bol faire un m\u00e9lange de 1 cuill\u00e9r\u00e9e de gros sel, une pinc\u00e9e de poivre concass\u00e9 et une bonne pinc\u00e9e de thym effeuill\u00e9,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Frotter le r\u00f4ti sur toutes ses faces avec le m\u00e9lange, enrouler dans un film \u00e9tirable, et mettre 12h au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Le lendemain, essuyer le r\u00f4ti, le mettre dans un bocal de 1,5 litre,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Faire fondre le saindoux et remplir le bocal \u00e0 hauteur,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Fermer et st\u00e9riliser durant 2 heures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Ainsi pr\u00e9par\u00e9 le confit peut se conserver des mois.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pour le manger, sortir d\u00e9licatement du bocal, d\u00e9barrasser du surplus de saindoux et couper en tranches, manger froid avec cornichons, confiture
