Eplucher 1 morceau de gingembre, l&rsquo;\u00e9mincer en fines lamelles de 4 cm de longueur, puis les blanchir dans une passoire au dessus d&rsquo;une casserole d&rsquo;eau bouillante pendant 30 secondes. Les \u00e9goutter, \u00f4ter l&rsquo;eau de la casserole et recommencer 2 autres fois l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Dans une cocotte faire fondre 100 g de beurre, puis faire suer 1 oignon moyen, 1 \u00e9chalote et 1 gousse d&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9s finement. Sur feu plus fort, ajouter les morceaux d&rsquo;ananas, remuer \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une spatule en bois, puis ajouter les lamelles de gingembre blanchies. Saler et poivrer, incorporer 1 pointe de curry, 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de miel et 1 petite pointe de piment, puis ajouter 1 dl de bouillon de volaille et laisser mijoter \u00e0 couvert sur feu doux pendant 10 minutes.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Dans un po\u00ealon, verser 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;arachide, ajouter 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sucre de cannes, puis laisser caram\u00e9liser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Ajouter le filet de porc, pr\u00e9alablement d\u00e9coup\u00e9 en m\u00e9daillons, et laisser cuire environ 5 \u00e0 10 minutes, en les retournant de temps en temps.
