Peler et \u00e9mincer finement 1 oignon moyen. <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 220\u00b0C. <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Chauffer 20 g de beurre dans un large po\u00ealon jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 une teinte noisette, ajouter et faire suer l&rsquo;oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9, puis mettre les lamelles de pommes de terre, bien m\u00e9langer, saler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, mouiller \u00e0 hauteur de bouillon de volaille, donner une \u00e9bullition, glisser le po\u00ealon dans le four et compter 30 minutes de cuisson \u00e0 220\u00b0C. <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Peler et hacher finement 1 oignon. Couper 4 andouillettes en tranches d&rsquo;1 bon cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur apr\u00e8s avoir pris soin de retirer la peau, puis les tailler en morceaux. <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Chauffer 20 g de beurre dans un large po\u00ealon, ajouter et faire l\u00e9g\u00e8rement rissoler l&rsquo;oignon hach\u00e9, mettre les morceaux d&rsquo;andouillette, bien remuer avec une spatule en bois et laisser chauffer. Lorsque l&rsquo;andouillette est bien chaude, verser dessus 2 dl de cr\u00e8me liquide, chauffer, puis retirer la casserole de la plaque de cuisson.
