Arial;\">24 heures avant, dessaler le jarret et le petit sal\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019eau froide, changer l\u2019eau 2 \u00e0 3 fois.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Le jour de la pr\u00e9paration, mettre les viandes dans un faitout avec le bouillon de volaille, 1 oignon piqu\u00e9 d\u2019un clou de girofle, un bouquet garni, et un peu d\u2019eau (la viande doit \u00eatre recouverte).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Laisser fr\u00e9mir pendant 1h30.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u00c9goutter les jarrets et petit sal\u00e9 et garder l\u2019eau de cuisson.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Couper les choux en 6 morceaux, blanchir 2 min dans de l\u2019eau bouillante sal\u00e9e, \u00e9goutter,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">M\u00eame op\u00e9ration pour les couennes et les navets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Dans un faitout, faire suer dans un peu de saindoux les oignons restant pr\u00e9alablement \u00e9minc\u00e9s, sans dorer, \u00e9goutter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Poser les couennes cot\u00e9 gras contre le fond et les bords du faitout, p<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">arsemer d\u2019oignons \u00e9minc\u00e9s, a<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">jouter le jarret, le sal\u00e9, les carottes, les choux, 1 bouquet garni, l\u2019ail restant, le poivre, les grains de geni\u00e8vre, le petit sal\u00e9, le saucisson et le bouillon de cuisson des jarrets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Remettre \u00e0 cuire 30 min.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Ajouter les navets et les pommes de terre, laisser encore mijoter 30 min de plus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Retirer et \u00e9goutter les viandes poser sur un plat de service avec les l\u00e9gumes tout autour.<\/span><\/p>\n<p
