style=\"font-family: Arial;\"> :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Eplucher les gousses d\u2019ail, les fendre en 4 et les d\u00e9germer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Inciser le r\u00f4ti avec la pointe d\u2019un couteau et ins\u00e9rer les quartiers d\u2019ail.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Frotter avec un m\u00e9lange de 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de gros sel, une bonne pinc\u00e9e de poivre du moulin et une pinc\u00e9e de thym.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Envelopper dans un papier d\u2019aluminium et mettre une nuit au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><u>Le jour m\u00eame<\/u> :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four thermostat 8 (200\u00b0)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Sortir le r\u00f4ti du papier, le frotter l\u00e9g\u00e8rement pour faire tomber le surplus de sel, et l\u2019enduire de saindoux puis des 50 gr de moutarde, le rouler
