{"id":245,"date":"2018-04-17T19:13:04","date_gmt":"2018-04-17T17:13:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/faugeron.net\/epaule-dagneau-en-cocotte"},"modified":"2018-04-08T11:09:11","modified_gmt":"2018-04-08T09:09:11","slug":"epaule-dagneau-en-cocotte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/faugeron.net\/?p=245","title":{"rendered":"Epaule d&rsquo;agneau en cocotte"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Pour 4 personnes<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">1 \u00e9paule d&rsquo;agneau non d\u00e9soss\u00e9e <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">20 petits oignons <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">1 branche de romarin<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">6 cl d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Sel et poivre<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Saler et poivrer l&rsquo;\u00e9paule d&rsquo;agneau de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Chauffer un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans un po\u00ealon.<\/p>\n<p>Disposer l&rsquo;\u00e9paule d&rsquo;agneau, c\u00f4t\u00e9 ext\u00e9rieur, dans le po\u00ealon, la saisir et la colorer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sur chaque face.<\/p>\n<p>Glisser le po\u00ealon dans le four et laisser l&rsquo;\u00e9paule d&rsquo;agneau r\u00f4tir pendant 45 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Peler 20 petits oignons.
