Peler 2 carottes, les couper en rondelles d&rsquo;1,5 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur. Nettoyer 2 blancs de poireau, les couper en tron\u00e7ons de 3 cm de long.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Porter\u00a0 une grande quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition dans une cocotte. Ajouter les l\u00e9gumes, les morceaux d&rsquo;agneau, donner une bonne \u00e9bullition, \u00e9cumer afin de retirer d&rsquo;\u00e9ventuelles impuret\u00e9s, saler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement avec du gros sel (la valeur d&rsquo;1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9), couvrir et laisser cuire 1h30 \u00e0 petits bouillons.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Peler 200 g de pomme de terre charlotte, les couper en morceaux de 2 cm environ et bien les laver. \u00c9plucher 200 g de navet et les couper en d\u00e9s d&rsquo;1 cm.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Apr\u00e8s 1h30 de cuisson, ajouter dans la pot\u00e9e, les morceaux de pomme de terre, de navets, 2 pointes de couteau de cardamome et compter 1h00 de cuisson suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 petits bouillons.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Cette pot\u00e9e peut se r\u00e9aliser quelques heures \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Au terme de la cuisson de la pot\u00e9e, pr\u00e9chauffer le four en position gril.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Retirer les l\u00e9gumes et les morceaux de viande de la cocotte, les mettre dans un plat \u00e0 gratin, ajouter 1 bonne louche de bouillon.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Fa\u00e7onner 250 g de ch\u00e8vre frais en quenelles \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe. R\u00e9partir ces quenelles sur la pot\u00e9e, glisser le plat sous le gril du four et compter 3 \u00e0 4 minutes de cuisson.
