terre<\/li><li>1 gros oignon<\/li><li>1 \u0153uf  + 2 jaunes<\/li><li>1 grosse cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse<\/li><li>1 grosse cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de paprika<\/li><li>30 g de beurre<\/li><li>Sel, poivre<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9mincer les oignons, et les faire fondre avec le beurre et le sel pendant une 15aine de minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Chemiser un moule \u00e0 cake avec les tranches de lard en les faisant d\u00e9passer des c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e2per les pommes de terre avec la grosse r\u00e2pe (pas celle des carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9es).<\/p>\n<p>Dans le bol du KitchenAid, m\u00e9langer les pommes de terre r\u00e2p\u00e9es, les oignons, les \u0153ufs, la cr\u00e8me, le paprika et le sel et poivre.<\/p>\n<p>Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans le moule et recouvrez l\u00e0 avec morceaux de lard qui d\u00e9passent.<\/p>\n<p>Enfourner une heure.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser ti\u00e9dir avant de d\u00e9mouler et servir avec une salade verte en en accompagnement.<br \/>Il est possible d&rsquo;ajouter du gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9 \u00e0 la surface
