cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de cumin<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de poudre de coriandre<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de chilli<\/li><li>Sel<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faire la marinade<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e9langer toutes les \u00e9pices dans le yaourt, rajouter l&rsquo;ail et le gingembre r\u00e2p\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saler et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9couper les blancs de poulet en cube et bien m\u00e9langer dans la marinade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajouter les blancs, l&rsquo;huile et bien m\u00e9langer le tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mettre au frais pendant 1 heure ou 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuisson<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 240\u00b0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9parer les brochettes et enfourner une 20aines de minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accompagner de ra\u00efta concombre
