{"id":277,"date":"2016-08-29T15:49:37","date_gmt":"2016-08-29T15:49:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/faugeron.net\/poulet-au-gingembre"},"modified":"2016-08-28T09:21:42","modified_gmt":"2016-08-28T09:21:42","slug":"poulet-au-gingembre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/faugeron.net\/?p=277","title":{"rendered":"Poulet au gingembre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; line-height: 1.625;\">Pour 4\/6 personnes<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">1 poulet fermier de 1,800 kg<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">5 oignons<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">1 bulbe de gingembre environ 100 gr<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">1 carotte<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">5 gousses d\u2019ail<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u00bd litre de bouillon de volaille<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">1 verre de vin blanc sec<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">150 gr de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe rases de f\u00e9cule<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">5 cuill\u00e8res d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Sel, poivre<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more-->D\u00e9couper le poulet et faire le revenir dans une cocotte, avec 3 cuill\u00e8res d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u00c9plucher et hacher finement les oignons.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u00c9plucher et r\u00e2per la carotte et le gingembre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Dans les 2 cuill\u00e8res d\u2019huile d\u2019olive restantes faire suer les oignons en \u00e9vitant de les faire colorer.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Ajouter le gingembre et la carotte r\u00e2p\u00e9s et les gousses d\u2019ail coup\u00e9es en fines lamelles, bien m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re de bois.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Ajouter les morceaux de poulet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Verser le bouillon et le vin blanc sec.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Saler poivrer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Laisser cuire \u00e0 feu doux 40 min environ \u00e0 couvert.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Apr\u00e8s 40 min, sortir les morceaux de poulet et les garder au chaud.
