grande cocotte allant au four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faure dorer la viande sur toutes ses faces avec les oignons entiers (\u00e9pluch\u00e9s !).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9glacer avec le vin blanc et faire bouillir 2 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter les gousses d&rsquo;ail \u00e9cras\u00e9es, l&rsquo;eau, le thym et le laurier, poivrer, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Couvrez et enfourner 1h45.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9pluchez et coupez les carottes en grosses rondelles, salez, poivrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au bout d&rsquo;1 h 45 de cuisson, ajouter les carottes et continuer aussi \u00e0 cuire
