Mettre en forme de boule et rouler la boule en un disque de 10 cm de diam\u00e8tre et 2 mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire cuire les chapatis dans une po\u00eale bien chaude (comme les <a href=\"https:\/\/faugeron.net\/cheese-nan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nan<\/a>). Les retourner quand ils commencent \u00e0 colorer. Appuyer dessus avec un torchon en boule par exemple en les faisant pivoter sur eux m\u00eames.
