Entailler les tomates en croix et les plonger 15 secondes dans de l&rsquo;eau en \u00e9bullition puis dans de l&rsquo;eau froide pour les peler facilement. Les peler et les couper en morceaux.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">R\u00e9unir les oignons et les tomates dans une casserole et faire cuire 30 minutes \u00e0 feu doux.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Passer ensuite au mixer, puis remettre en casserole avec le vinaigre et le sucre.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Laisser bouillir tr\u00e8s doucement, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 consistance d&rsquo;une sauce \u00e9paisse.
