Quand elle est bien homog\u00e8ne, l&rsquo;aplatir assez fin au rouleau et lui donner une forme rectangulaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un petit saladier, m\u00e9langer le fromage blanc, la cr\u00e8me fraiche et l&rsquo;huile. Etaler sur la p\u00e2te avec une cuill\u00e8re en laissant les bords libres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emincer l&rsquo;oignon, r\u00e9partir sur la cr\u00e8me.
