Saupoudrez chaque demi-banane d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sucre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale chaude, faites caram\u00e9liser les bananes c\u00f4t\u00e9 peau pendant 2 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retirez de la po\u00eale, ajoutez le reste du sucre avec 40 g d&rsquo;eau et laissez caram\u00e9liser pendant 2 min additionnelles.
