pour leur \u00e9viter d\u2019\u00e9clater \u00e0 la cuisson.<\/p>\n<p>Badigeonner les andouillettes de moutarde, le disposer dans un plat allant au four.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Mettre le four \u00e0 chauffer \u00e0 180\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">A part, faire blondir les \u00e9chalotes, quand elles sont blondes, ajouter le vin blanc, faire r\u00e9duire presque \u00e0 sec, ajouter la cr\u00e8me liquide, porter \u00e0 fr\u00e9missements et ajouter les champignons \u00e9minc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">D\u00e9layer au fouet la f\u00e9cule dans un petit verre d\u2019eau ti\u00e8de et verser sur la pr\u00e9paration, m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Saler poivrer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Verser sur les andouillettes et enfourner en prenant la pr\u00e9caution de mettre une feuille de papier d\u2019alu sur le plat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Laisser cuire \u00e0 180\u00b0 30 min
