color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Faire revenir le r\u00f4ti sur toutes les faces avant de mettre au four.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mettre au four et arroser fr\u00e9quemment temps de cuisson 40 minutes ; retourner sans piquer pour garder le jus dans le r\u00f4ti. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A 20 minutes de la fin de la cuisson ajouter les oignons, la carotte coup\u00e9e en d\u00e9s et les gousses d\u2019ail.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;
