Couvrir, laisser bouillir 1 h 30 \u00e0 2 heures selon la grosseur. Retirer la t\u00eate de veau du court bouillon au moment de la servir, d\u00e9couper.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Pr\u00e9parer la sauce gribiche: <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Monter la moutarde et les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs en mayonnaise, incorporer le vinaigre,<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00c9craser les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs , ajouter doucement \u00e0 la mayonnaise. Hacher les blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs.
