{"id":3580,"date":"2023-08-15T13:16:14","date_gmt":"2023-08-15T11:16:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/faugeron.net\/?p=3580"},"modified":"2023-08-15T13:16:17","modified_gmt":"2023-08-15T11:16:17","slug":"creme-caramel-au-beurre-sale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/faugeron.net\/?p=3580","title":{"rendered":"Cr\u00e8me caramel au beurre sal\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Ingr\u00e9dients pour les cr\u00e8mes<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5 jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>35g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 cl de lait entier <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Ingr\u00e9dients pour le caramel<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20g de beurre 1\/2 sel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 gousse de vanille<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fendez la vanille, mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 les graines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faire bouillir le lait avec la gousse et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9parer le caramel en versant le sucre en poudre dans une casserole \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais. faire chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\">sans m\u00e9langer<\/mark>, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 coloration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hors du feu, ajouter la cr\u00e8me liquide en fouettant sans arr\u00eat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajouter les graines de vanille, m\u00e9langer et ajouter le beurre au fouet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verser le caramel dans chacun des r\u00e9cipients et laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 150\u00b0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un saladier, fouetter les jaunes avec le sucre, le lait (sans la gousse \ud83d\ude01). Verser cette pr\u00e9paration dans les pots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9poser les pots dans un plat rempli d&rsquo;eau bouillante et enfourner 20 min.
