{"id":3609,"date":"2023-10-04T10:23:24","date_gmt":"2023-10-04T08:23:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/faugeron.net\/?p=3609"},"modified":"2023-08-24T10:40:11","modified_gmt":"2023-08-24T08:40:11","slug":"cheese-cake-au-chocolat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/faugeron.net\/?p=3609","title":{"rendered":"Cheese cake au chocolat"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Ingr\u00e9dients pour la base :<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>210 g de biscuit chocolat (type digestive au chocolat)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90 g de beurre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 g de sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pour la garniture :<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 g de mascarpone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g de ricotta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g de fromage \u00e0 tartiner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tasse de caf\u00e9 ristretto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 gousse de vanille<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 g de sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 oeufs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pour le crumble<\/em> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>75 g de farine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 g de sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 g de sucre complet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 g de beurre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 g de noisettes grossi\u00e8rement concass\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 155\u00b0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer la base : faire fondre le beurre \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9duire les biscuit en chapelure et les incorporer au beurre fondu. Ajouter le sucre (et une pinc\u00e9e de sel).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tapisser le fond d&rsquo;un moule pr\u00e9alablement beurr\u00e9 et placer au frigo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer la garniture : m\u00e9langer l&rsquo;ensemble des ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verser sur le fond biscuit\u00e9 et faire cuire 25 \u00e0 30 min au four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant la cuisson, pr\u00e9parer le crumble en m\u00e9langeant du bout des doigts la farine et le beurre bien froid coup\u00e9 en petits morceaux. Puis ajouter les sucres et les noisettes.
