{"id":380,"date":"2012-03-03T23:00:00","date_gmt":"2012-03-03T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/faugeron.net\/soupe-potiron-coco"},"modified":"2015-12-04T17:15:42","modified_gmt":"2015-12-04T17:15:42","slug":"soupe-potiron-coco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/faugeron.net\/?p=380","title":{"rendered":"Soupe potiron coco"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"editlinktip\">Pour 4 personnes<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/4 potiron<\/li>\n<li>1 bo\u00eete de lait de coco (400 ml)<\/li>\n<li>1 morceau de gingembre frais (3 cm)<\/li>\n<li>1 bouillon cube<\/li>\n<li>1 oignon<\/li>\n<li>1 ou 2 gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/li>\n<li>huile (d&rsquo;olive)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more-->Coupez le potiron en cubes et le faire revenir dans une casserole avec un peu d&rsquo;huile pour qu&rsquo;il se ramollisse.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps l\u00e0, d\u00e9coupez finement oignons, ail et gingembre\u00a0et faire les rissoler\u00a0dans une gamelle (et dans l&rsquo;ordre).<\/p>\n<p>Quand le potiron est ramolli, mettre le tout dans un mixer (potiron + oignon et consorts) et&#8230; mixez.<\/p>\n<p>Versez la pur\u00e9e dans la gamelle et rajouter le lait de coco et le bouillon dilu\u00e9e dans un peu d&rsquo;eau.
