A feu doux, faites revenir pendant 10 minutes tous les ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception des pommes de terre et de la salade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez un verre d&rsquo;eau dans lequel vous aurez dilu\u00e9 un morceau de sucre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salez et poivrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez les pommes de terre, le coeur de laitue et la branche de thym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Couvrez la cocotte et laissez mijoter \u00e0 feu doux durant 1h30 \u00e0 2h00. M\u00e9langez d\u00e9licatement de temps en temps.
